TheatreWorks Silicon Valley creates art in several peninsula locations. Performances are held at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts and the Lucie Stern Theatre in Palo Alto, while our rehearsal space, administrative offices, and costume shop are located in Redwood Shores.
J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines is the official wine of TheatreWorks.
We invite you to explore the wide array of offerings at their tasting centers in San Jose and Paso Robles.
Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts
The Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts enriches Silicon Valley audiences through enjoyment, celebration, and interaction with the arts.
The Center is the vibrant heart of downtown Mountain View, home of world-class theatre, dance, and music along with visual arts exhibits, lectures, and corporate events. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, parks, and more, and has served millions of patrons since its opening in 1991.
Wed–Thu 12pm–4pm, Fri–Sat 12pm–6pm, plus one hour prior to each performance at the Performing Arts Center.
Lucie Stern Theatre
Designed by Birge Clark and built in 1934, the Lucie Stern Community Center is an attractive Spanish Mediterranean-style complex. The Center is home to the City of Palo Alto’s Recreation Department, as well as both a mainstage theatre and children’s theatre.
The Lucie Stern box office is staffed by TheatreWorks employees beginning one hour before each of our performances there. We are not on-site at that venue during other companies' shows or at any other time.
