Ticket Policies

Refunds

TheatreWorks is a no-refund company, and all ticket sales are final.

Exchanges

You may exchange your tickets for a different performance of the same production title up to 24 hours before the scheduled performance time. Subscribers pay no fees for this transaction; non-subscribers must pay a $10-per-ticket fee. If you select a more expensive seat or performance than your original ticket, you will have to pay the price difference. Non-subscribers can only exchange tickets into performances of the same production title; tickets cannot be exchanged from one title to a different title.

Missed Performances

If you cannot attend a performance for any reason, including illness, please reach out to the Box Office before the end of your specific performance. If we are not open, you can send an email or leave a voicemail. We will help you exchange your tickets into another performance of the same show or into a different show in the same season; we can also help you donate your tickets. We cannot exchange or donate tickets if we are not notified before the end of the performance. If you miss your performance without reaching out to us, you will need to buy new tickets if you want to attend a different date.

Ticket Donations

If you can neither use nor exchange one of your tickets, you may call or email our Box Office up to 24 hours before the scheduled performance time to donate it. We will send you a tax-deductible receipt for the value of the ticket. Tickets cannot be donated after the performance has passed.

Service Charges

Service charges apply to all ticket and subscription purchases, and are subject to change.
