How to Reschedule a Performance
Subscribers never need to miss a TheatreWorks performance. If you cannot make your scheduled performance date, you may reschedule, in advance, another date of the same play. Just give us at least 24 hours notice. There is no charge for this service, but subscribers are asked to pay the difference in price when rescheduling into a more expensive performance. We cannot accept expired tickets for exchange.
BY MAIL
Fill out a rescheduling coupon and mail with your tickets and a self-addressed stamped envelope to: TheatreWorks Subscriber Services, PO Box 50458, Palo Alto, CA 94303-0458. When rescheduling into a more expensive performance, please include payment for upgrade. Allow ten working days for return of tickets by mail; when short of time, TheatreWorks will hold tickets at Will Call.
BY FAX
FAX your rescheduling coupon and a copy of your torn tickets to TheatreWorks Subscription Services at 650.463.1963. When rescheduling into a more expensive performance, please include credit card payment for upgrade. FAX requests for weekend performances must be received by 4 pm on the preceding Friday. You will receive a confirmation. Tickets will be held at Will Call.

TheatreWorks Extras
TheatreWorks hosts an array of programs designed to provide our audiences with an opportunity to explore the theatrical process up close and in person. Be part of the behind-the-scenes adventure by joining us for any one of these insightful programs.
Opening Nights
Come play with us! Celebrate the traditional spirit and sophistication of live theatre with a glass of wine and catered hors d'oeuvres. Mix and mingle with staff and artists in the charming lobby or ballroom at Lucie Stern or in the elegantly modern lobby of the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts after the production. Prepare yourself for an element of surprise, an engaging magician or a smooth jazz combo may round off a perfect evening of entertainment.
"How TheatreWorks" Coffee Hour
Settle in with your favorite coffee drink for a behind the scenes view. An interview with the director, a presentation by the designer, a stage combat demonstration - all are possibilities when you attend this special forum. "How TheatreWorks" is held at 6:30 pm prior to the Thursday preview performance. You do not have to be a Thursday night preview subscriber to attend.
Look for signs at the performance venue for event location. Discussion will break in time for ticket holders to line up for the general admission performances.
Discussion Wednesday
Engage in dialogue and a question and answer period with artists from each production. You must specify Discussion Wednesday on your order to attend on evenings that feature these informative post-show chats.
Notice for special savings subscription holders
Senior, student, and educator subscriptions will be calculated with the savings price. When rescheduling into a performance for which your savings is not valid, we must ask you to pay the difference between the value of your ticket and the regular price.
